AGH is the airport handling agent for major domestic airlines in Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville and Maroochydore. The company provides all airport services normally provided by an airline and its subcontractors. AGH is also involved in contracting for the provision of all airport related services to Carriers and Airport Operators. These additional services include: runway and navigation aid maintenance, safety officers and contract Air Traffic control.

In Rockhampton, AGH is the only operator with International Ground Handling capabilities and the appointed Ground Handling Agent for Qantas International, Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand, Eva Air, Royal Brunei and World Airways. AGH organised, set-up and completed the first direct International services into Rockhampton in 1992. During Wallaby 2007 we provided ground services to 19 B777 International turnarounds over a six-week period. These flights carried 3500 troops, baggage and in excess of 500,000 kg of associated air cargo.
As part of the international operations AGH is responsible for co-ordination with Australian Customs Service and Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) personnel. The company provides qualified/skilled Load Controllers for flight acceptance and dispatch.
